100,000 Articles Requested

The Library recently surpassed 100,000 articles requested through its ILLiad interlibrary loan service. We had a Library open house on July 1st with cake to celebrate. About 50 people came to help us celebrate, learn about ILLiad and to congratulate our interlibrary loan staff for a job well done.

The Library started using the ILLiad interlibrary loan software in 2002 for requests for books and articles needed for your research here at TSRI. ILLiad allows users to track their requests and to receive articles electronically. You do have to register once in order to use this service and it is open to TSRI employees, faculty, and students.

If you have any questions about the ILLiad interlibrary loan service, please contact the Library at 4-8705.
